Description

The Barrett M99 is an anti-materiel rifle of US origin. It is a single shot rifle derived from the earlier M95 design. Besides the lack of a detachable magazine the M99 looks very similar to the M95. Unlike the M95 the receiver is made from a single block of aluminum instead of two parts of steel. The bolt differs also in having multiple lugs instead of three. As a single shot weapon the operator has to insert a new round manually while cycling the bolt.

M99-1
