Description


The 9M27 series is a series of 220mm artillery rockets of Soviet origin. The 9M27 series was developed for the 9K57 Uragan artillery rocket system, which is also known as the BM-27.

These are conventional spin-stabilized unguided artillery rockets. They feature a solid propellant rocket motor, wrap around folding wings and may be fitted with a variety of warheads.

Most of these artillery rockets have a maximum range of 35 km and a minimum range of 10 km.
