The Halland class is armed with two twin gun 120mm Bofors M1950 naval gun turrets. One on the bow and one at the stern.
A single turret armed with two water-cooled 57mm L/60 anti-aircraft guns is located on the bow, superfiring over the forward 120mm naval gun mount.
Six single gun Bofors type 350 mounts with plastic cover. Two fitted on each of the main superstructure, the rear smoke stack and rear superstructure.
Two quadruple Bofors M/50 anti-submarine depth charge launchers are fitted to the Halland class.
