Short receiver variant of the first generation TRG sniper rifle. It is a bolt action rifle that fires the 7.62x51mm round from 10 round magazines. The TRG-21 features a heavy free floating barrel and has a plastic chassis with adjustable cheek piece.
The TRG-41 is an upscaled version of the shorter receiver TRG-21. This variant has been designed to fire the more powerful .300 Winchester Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum. The .338 variant is the most common of the two. The TRG-41 can be identified by the large muzzle brake which is not present on the smaller caliber model.
Further development of the TRG-41 and TRG-21. Introduced a decade later and remains in production.
British sniper rifle introduced around the same time and a direct competitor to the TRG-21.
