Some vessels carry the 9K32 Strela-2 or newer infrared guided surface to air missile for point defense. Either using a gripstock for firing from the shoulder or a pedestal quadruple mount.
Project 266M is a modenized successor to the Project 266 (NATO: Yurka) class.
