The Mi-28 is armed with a nose mounted 2A42 autocannon. This is one of the largest and most powerful types of autocannon mounted on a helicopter.

9M120 Ataka

The 9M120 Ataka is the main anti-tank guided missile used on the Mi-28.

80mm S-8

The Mi-28 is often fitted with B-8V20A rocket pods holding 20 S-8 aerial rockets each.

UPK-23

Although not commonly used on the Mi-28, each hardpoint can be fitted with a UPK-23 gun pod with 23mm GSh-23L twin barrel autocannon.
