The Mi-24V is a further development of the Mi-24D. Both models are armed with the 12.7mm Yak-B and are difficult to distinguish.
The Mi-24P is a variant of the Mi-24V. The P model is armed with a twin barrel 30mm GSh-30K autocannon alongside the right side of the fuselage. Otherwise the P is similar to the Mi-24V.
