Variant with a turret developed for export. Also known as AMX Mk 62. Prototypes were trailed by Switzerland but this version never entered series production.
The AMX-105 is based on the chassis and automotive components of the AMX-13/75 light tank.
The AMX-105 uses the ordnance of the Obusier de 105 modèle 1950. The AMX-105 was produced in much larger number than the towed original was.
The Mk F3 can be considered the larger brother of the AMX-105. The Mk F3 is armed with a 155mm howitzer, but has no armored casemate superstructure.
